When it comes to skincare I believe…

investing in inner health and quality skincare product is so important. I find I spend most of my money on skincare, tools, and supplements. When you have the right canvas for makeup and all the little fun things like that, it’s much easier to feel your best and not rely on the glam as much when what’s underneath is at it’s most healthy and internally beautiful.

Every single morning I…

wash my face first thing. My current favorite cleanser is Eminence probiotic cleanser. I just got on the Biologique Recherche P50 train, so I prep my skin with that after cleansing and I’ve been loving the results so far. Then I like to jade roll a serum into my face. I’ve been alternating my serums daily using either Caudalie Vinoperfect Radiance Serum, Peach and Lily glass skin refining serum, or Serum Placenta by Biologique Recherche. And of course, always have to top it off with a moisturizer, eye cream, and SPF, which I always alternate too depending on what my skin needs. My current favorite moisturizer that I can’t stop using is Youth to the People Adaptogen Deep Moisture Cream.
I like to do this type of routine every single morning, without fail. If I have a little extra time or am going somewhere special, I use a sheet mask that I had in the refrigerator to wake my face up. I like to go without makeup on casual days, to let my skin breathe, but if I want to look a little more polished I always do something with my brows, under eye dark circles, and a little natural lip and some bronzer on my cheekbones for definition.

I absolutely love…

getting facials of all kinds. I find that it really helps my skin personally if I get one at least once a month. There are so many ways now to do at home treatments though, and I just got a NUface device which I try to do as often as I can remember, to keep my skin tight and lifted. Hanacure masks at home are a MUST too. I’ve been investing in them for a while now- they are definitely pricey, but the results are unbeatable. Seriously.

My beauty staples are…

A good de-puffing eye cream, a glow-enhancing serum, an eyebrow brush, and a flesh-toned lip liner, concealer, and supplements by Hum Nutrition!

My Top five beauty products…

in no particular order:
Youth to the People superberry oil, Coola SPF sun silk drops, Caudalie Vinoperfect Radiance Serum, Hanacure masks, and Biologique Recherche P50V.

The days I wake up with more inflamed skin, I always…

start my morning with a detox mask, and work in more exfoliating acids like salicylic acid in my routine. I always sleep in Caudalie Detox oil and by the AM my skin is at least 60 percent better! That stuff is a miracle worker.

 I work out about…

3-5 days a week. I’m really pleased that after so many years of trying, I’ve just recently gotten in a groove of not hating working out, and that’s thanks to Soulcycle, Barry’s Bootcamp and ModelFiT in LA.

Beauty to me is much more than…

just how one looks all glammed up to look your best. Beauty is so much about what is on the inside. Beauty is being kind, understanding of others, and also so much of taking care of your true self. Beauty is wellness. Beauty is so many positive, amazing things. Beauty is being an individual, however, you want to be as long as it’s genuine.

My latest beauty obsession is…

some amazing new little beauty finds- RMS beauty’s “within” Probiotic+ Prebiotic supplement, Hourglass cosmetics veil retouching fluid, EVERYTHING Laura Mercier! Literally, everything from that line is golden. Also everything from KKW beauty. has been so fun to experiment with. And Margiela fragrances- The scents are unbeatable.

My favourite person, to follow on Instagram?

@lifestyle_engineered and am so inspired by everything she posts. She takes insanely gorgeous detail shots of beauty products in such a unique way. Also @bonniestrange! She’s the coolest.

I am at my most confident when…

my skin is at it’s best. Its crazy how much skin health and appearance make a difference in how I feel in terms of confidence! Luckily I’ve learned so much about incredible products that help my skin be at it’s the best way more often than it used to be.

My instant ‘pick me up’ is…

A massage! Anyone who knows me knows that I love to spend time doing anything spa-related whenever I need a little me time, or a pick me up. Whether it’s a quick Thai massage in the middle of Thai town for 30 dollars, or a really luxe spa day, I love doing anything that requires relaxing and surrendering to a calm, healing experience.

My evening face routine is…

pretty similar to my morning face routine, but at night if I wore makeup I definitely double cleanse, and evenings equal using loads of oils. I’ve been loving Dermalogica pre-cleanse oil to get off my makeup and debris, then I use the Eminence probiotic cleanser again. I almost always sleep in either Youth to the People’s superberry oil, Raaw by Trice’s Blue beauty drops, or Caudalie Detox oil every night, paired with serums and P50V to prep of course!

Right now I am loving…

Youth to the people for skin, Ouai haircare for hair, and Laura Mercier for makeup. Both Ouai and Youth to the People are brands I’ve collaborated with, and I am so happy that I get to work with brands that make incredible products that I use constantly, AND have amazing, kind, and creative people working for them. These brands have really become a part of my day to day beauty life.

Every day I ALWAYS…

do something to my eyebrows, whether its pencil them in, use brow gel, or at least brush them up. I feel brows are something that can take you from feeling a little unkept to really pulled together. After that, I use concealer or Hourglass veil retouching fluid under eyes, around nose and mouth, and center of the forehead using a foundation brush. Then I throw on a bit of bronzer, nude lip liner, and some blush or Glossier cloud paint for a little glow and I am good to go.
